Server crashed and console wont work with commands, help

hi my server crashed a couple days ago because a admin accidentally put the randomtickspeed to a high number.. i tried to set the tick speed back to normal but the console won’t work or when joining the server to manually put the command. 
when i join the server none of the chunks are loaded and you cant move or place blocks, and the server crashes after a couple seconds.

not sure what to do as ive done everything i can think of and asked this same question the other day too.. just want to put it back to normal if possible..

You can ask a minehut admin on discord to enter server.properties and change the Random Tick speed to 3.
Other than that I don't know.

If it's still not working, you can try resetting the world in the Danger Zone category or renaming the world in the dashboard. Gamerules are exclusive to the world they were set in, so it should be fine if you make a new world or reset an old one. If you're not ok with that, do what @SCCPS said above.
