I can't figure out how to submit a ban appeal.

I tried the create content button and some other things, none if it worked. Are you not accepting appeals right now or something? What happened was some guy was advertising a client and was basically spamming chat with it. I was annoyed(this is in the lobby server) and i said in chat something along the lines of don't download their client. I sent the same message twice, like 10 seconds apart. I guess the bot though i was advertising? If the ban appeals are broken or something please unban me, my username is Kyle92. You can look at the chat logs to verify that what i said is true.
