nothing will move and my server keeps shutting down.

HI i was hatching turtle eggs and turned my randomtickspeed to 10000000 (ik stupid) now my server will let me in but nothing will move and i cant eat take damage or throw my trident then after a couple seconds it says my server has shut down.cant use commands in game the console commands arent working and ive tried repairing the files any help

Start the server but don't join it. While the server is online, do /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in console while the server is online. Then join the server.
