How to upload and export world files

I originally created a minehut server, and we have spent 5 months on it. My one friend created a brand new server which does not use Minehut and i was wondering if there was a way to export the nether, overworld, and end world files to the server.

You can do /dl world <world> to download worlds on your server. But at the moment, if the world is over 100mb, it won't work due to the service minehut uses has changed.

is there any workaround for this if your world is over 100mb? really need to get my server downloaded

If you want to only download some builds from your server, you can make the builds into schematics then download the schematics. Or if you want the full world, you could try using a client side world downloader. These don't download contents inside of chests or playerdata though.
