I can't join to any server from android why?

I made my own server for minecraft poket edition through my android phone but evenif its online i cant join i put the ip address correct but i cant join than i thought maybe i will be able to join others server but the anw is no what to do now plz help i am asking youtubers to make a video on how to make and join minehut server for minecraft pocket edition but i guess they also cant join plz help plz

From what I've heard Bedrock is having issues right now. If you're doing everything right and it still isn't working you'll just have to be patient I guess.
