Server wont start after I changed settings

I just created a new server and I got on it at first. It was in survival but I wanted it to be in creative and for it to be flat. So I change that in the settings but now it won’t start. It just says starting then goes back to offline. I pasted my logs even though I don’t really know what that means but hopefully that will Do something. Can anyone help me?

You didn't paste your logs, otherwise I'd be able to see them  can you please do that, and if you haven't already, try using "Repair Server" in the dangerzone section of the control panel.

Oh I have to post this Again cause I did it in the wrong spot but where exactly do I post my logs? Do I put them in one of these comments or some other website? Also I did try and repair files, it didn’t work
