You said when you disconnect and reconnect, then it takes you. When you disconnected, the server full started up and that is why it took you to your server then. Next time wait around 1-2 minutes after it says Online on the dashboard before joining your server. What do you mean it does it 30 minutes after playing? Like does it just disconnect you randomly while you are on the server?
