Help tnt dupers arent working!

I run a server with a bunch of my friends on it and we recently discovered that tnt dupers arent working, and a lot of us REALLY need tnt dupers. We did some testing and we think its a minehut only thing as tnt dupers work in singleplayer and also on other servers from different platforms as i watch several youtubers.Wethought that perhaps we could take a world download and move to another server platform that supports tnt dupers, but whenever i try to take a world download it says 'failed to upload file' so that wont work, Is there is any way to get functional tnt dupers? I looked in the plugin library and couldnt see anything, if there is anyway to get tnt dupers working via a datapack or a plugin please let me know and link to a datapack or plugin if you know one.

The software that all minehut player servers run on (called paper) is a fork of spigot that is designed to improve performance and patch bugs like 0 tick farms and TNT dupers!
