Server starting problem

I start my and it says starting downloading starting and then just offline someone please help.

I'm so sorry you've been experiencing these issues.

This sounds like quite a fatal error, I'd try pressing 'Repair Files' in the dangerzone on your panel (see image attachment). If this doesn't fix the issue, try contacting support here. Be mindful that they may take over 5 business days to respond.

thanks but I already did both of those and I’m still waiting for a reply from the support, so I figured that I should ask here too
