My friends and I are having difficulties with our smp survival world and we could use some help. We were trying to download the world before 1.16 but still couldn't. Once the servers became 1.16.1, we still weren't able to download it and now we can't even join the server. The server never opens for some reason and we are doing everything correctly on our end. This problem has been occurring for about two weeks and we have received no help. Anytime we ask for help, we are referred to the forums but then we receive no support. Although our server is broken, we just need a world download so we can move it to a new server. We have spent so much time in the world that it would truly be disheartening to lose it. PLEASE HELP US!
