Villagers picking up food but not breeding?

I have 3 villagers each with a stack of carrots, there are 5 beds but they will not breed, they do not make the particle effects. All of them are librarians and two have their trades locked in. I am playing on 1.16.1 java edition

plugin list:

- ActionHealth

- Bettersleeping3

- Backpack

- bStats

- CustomHeads

- DeathCoordinates

- LockettePro

- VeinMiner

i have since tried to convert them to zombies, cure them, and give them more food and it has not worked, ive broken and replaced all of the beds and still no breeding, any help here?

This was an issue with paper but they recently updated paper on minehut, like 4 hours ago, and it should make it that the villager breeding problem was fixed.

nope, still issues with villager breeding, and outdated server features that no longer allow you to download the world. Would appreciate if these were fixed.

They are trying to make their own download system instead of using an external host according to the Minehut Meta discord. And maybe even a way to download from the panel.
