how do i install maps on my server?

hey guys i need ur help so much because me and my friends wanna play parkour together we wanna play Highscore parkour map but none of us know how to upload the map data on our server if you guys could tell me how to do it i would appreciate it thank you

What Tarna said should work, although if file.io doesn't work you should try using dropbox.
