Problem with whitelisting my server

Hi, when I type in the command: /whitelist on I get the message that I don't have the permission to perform that command. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You need to have OP permissions to use whitelist commands. Run the command /op (username) in the console

Run the command /op [your name] in the console on the dashboard. It should be located in the appearance section and should look like


Then you will be able to do commands in game. The whitelist commands are

/whitelist on - Turns the Whitelist on
/whitelist off - Turns the Whitelist off
/whitelist add <username> - Adds a user to the Whitelist
/whitelist remove <username> - Removes a user from the Whitelist
