ReadTimeoutException : null Error

I've had a minehut account for over two years and about a week ago me and my friends try and join and we all start to recive the error "ReadTimeoutException : null" preventing us from joining the server and other times it just works. Is there a way to fix this?

Can you send a list of what plugins you have installed? Also, if possible, send the latest logs after trying to start it.
