Server gets stuck in the 'starting' phase but won't start

Hello!

In the past few days, one of my servers has been refusing to start. I've been working on some maps on it for a couple weeks, but all of a sudden it won't start, no matter what I do. I've checked the forums, repaired the files, and restarted it countless times, but it still gets stuck on the 'starting' phase. Whenever I start it, it does log as 'server was online' but I am unable to join. Any ideas on how to fix this without completely resetting the server?

Any help is appreciated!
