How do i make a robbable bank?

so, i've kinda got ranks set up with luck perms.

now i need to make it so you can rob the bank so with something called a "Money Bag"

i need it to be so that the money bag fills up to 5000$ and when you enter a space it applies the money with the essentials plugin.

also it needs to be so that only the "criminal" rank then u can rob the place.

also, how do i make it so that u do /rankup to apply the Criminal rank if u got the right "Essentials plugin" balance. and the criminal also has to buy the money bag from a store in the crime base but they'd need 10k to do so.
