Where is the plugin ProtocolSupport?

I'm trying to allow older versions of Minecraft to join my Minehut server. In the official YouTube tutorial for this, they installed a plugin called ProtocolSupport. But now in the plugins list I dont see any plugins called that. What happened to it? Can I still install it?

Currently ProtocolSupport is not updated, to allow older versions you now have to download ViaVersion, ViaRewind and ViaBackwards.

Just go to the plugins tab on the panel and search up the plugin.
