Server not working

Hi every time I try to start my server it says it is starting but then after 1 minute the server just says offline can some one please help i have tryed to repar files but it does not work a helpful solution would also be how to download a world not in game.

alright if you have a selected plan you must pay the credits to have your server work and start up

to buy credits go to shop then credits then buy the amount you need 

 

if you cant buy any credits pls remove all plugins and then select the plan free the limit of plugins is a max of 13 or 12
