Can anyone help me with this problem im having on my server?

So basically whenever i start my server up after having no-one on it for a while, it takes ages to start up, and says its downloading or unzipping something, and when i get on the server, its as if the server hasnt saved correctly and reverted to a save from a couple hours before i've logged off, meaning i lose a ton of progress on my build, and my friends who have done stuff previously on the server have lost progress on what they've been doing. This is really annoying, and it has only happened to me since minehut servers were fully updated to 1.16.1. Can anyone help me with this?

forgot to mention but when i do /save-on it says auto saving it already enabled

This could be the result of a very large server file. But, the rollbacks shouldn't be. The best thing to do would be to use the command /save-all before you leave your server. You can also do /dl world to download your world file to your device to be extra cautious.
