No, unless the server you are on allows it.

Yes, you're allowed on some servers

You can run command /rules or ask staff member on that server to see if its allowed.

You are allowed to hack on the minehut lobby. You can potentially get warned, kicked, or even banned if you're being annoying with hacked clients. 

However, on servers, this is different. Each server has their own rules and can change it how they like. You should check with their rules before hacking, or else you could get banned from there and have to appeal via their system, not Minehut's. Minehut doesn't mess with player servers except in extreme circumstances.

Let me clarify something about the lobby. Nons are NOT allowed to hack no flying or movement hacking. Ranked players are because flying is a perk this includes speed, boat fly, ely hacks ect. No one is allowed to be annoying this would be TP aura, KA, Skin flash ect. For your question about x-ray in the lobby is undetectable and mods don't care about that one.

I fly hacked in lobby a few times with [VIP] rank

is this allowed? because i can just normally fly
