That size should work fine. Make sure it is a valid world and is a .zip file.

How large is the world you are uploading? If it is larger than 50mb, you need to use the command method to upload instead.

However, the uploaded world still has the ul_ prefix in front of it, and when I try to teleport to "ul_world_the_end," it turns out to be a normal overworld.

And whenever I go to the nether/end, the game generates a new default nether/end. How do I completely replace the default nether/end with my custom files?

I upload my world, it doesn't say there is any problems, but it just isn't in my world, every time I do /world ul_kalzwrld ("kalzwrld" is the file name) it just says, that world doesnt exist.

Instruction to uploading a world:

Minehut allows you to easily upload worlds from your computer to your server. This means that you can upload one you find online or your favourite survival world so you can share it with your friends.

• From there, click Select a zip file under Upload World.
• Select the file, hit upload and restart the server.
• To travel to this world, type /world ul_<filename>. 

Again, make sure you have OP permissions!

Introduction to downloading worlds:

Downloading your world allows you to save a copy of it to your computer and upload it later on if you choose to. This is mainly helpful for saving ‘backups’ of your world in case anything goes wrong. 

So, how do you download your world?

• Downloading a world is simple, go to the world you want to download using the command /worlds.
• Then click on the world you want to download.
• Once you’ve been teleported to that world, simply enter the command /dl world.
• This will compress the world into a file and return a file.io link in chat.
• When you click the link it’ll start downloading it, save the file wherever you want to keep the world and you’re done!

There's also another way to download your world:

• Another way of downloading a world is by using the same command but specifying the world name.
• You can do this by typing in-game /dl world (name).
• If you wish to download an uploaded world then you will need to include the “ul_” (eg. ul_Map) however we suggest using the first method for minimal errors.

NOTE: You can only use the file.io link once. If you would like to get another copy of the world then you will have to follow these steps again.

I am trying to upload a world.  I have tried to upload using the panel.  The upload reaches 100%, but then nothing happens.  When I run the /world ul_<filename> command in game, I am told that my world does not exist.

<filename> is the name of the world, correct?  So, when I upload "trial1.zip" my file name is: <trial1> ?

 

I have also tried to upload in game.  I have uploaded a zip file to my dropbox, and. like a saw below, changed the "=0" to "=1".  I then run the command: /ul world <name> <link> with name = trial1 & link = https://www.dropbox.com/s/d1tx5qjdmwfndym/Trial1.zip?dl=1

I am told that the upload failed! No Protocol.

 

Please offer a little advice.  Your help is appreciated.

The ul command was removed after they released custom plugins so this is outdated. But to upload a world, use the other method or just upload it straight to the file manager. The way through the world tab has a limit of 500mb and through the file manager has no limit but servers have a limit of 20gb.

Like I've said in previous replies, this CFAQ is outdated. Here is a short explanation on how to use the new methods to upload and download worlds

 

Here are the 2 ways to upload worlds

Way 1

• Go to the File Manager tab
• Upload the zip of your world to the file manager
• Right click your uploaded zip and press "unzip"

and then restart the server

Way 2

• Go to the World tab
• And upload the zip through one of the boxes there that says upload world
• then restart the server

Note that to be able to go to the world you just uploaded, you either need to set it as the default world or use a plugin like Multiverse or Minehut Helper. To set it as the default world, go to the settings tab and one of the options there is for the default world. Think it says like "Level Name" or something like that. Then click save and restart the server. But if you use one of the plugins I mentioned, do /mvtp <world name> with multiverse or /world <world name> with Minehut Helper. 

 

And to download a world, just right click the world file you want to download in the file manager and press download

/dl and /ul are not commands anymore. You can however upload your worlds with the file manager, and download them by rightclicking the world in, yet again, the file manager.
