Command Blocks Not Working

So here's the problem, command blocks that are in the original world work, but when I try playing a Minecraft map or the maps from the marketplace, those command blocks don't work. Basically, any command block from an uploaded world does not work.

I have command blocks enabled and am just wondering if there's any other setting that I should turn on or if there is a fix for this. Even simple commands like /tp from the command blocks aren't working in the uploaded worlds.

Each world has their own set of gamerules, so you will have to do this for the worlds you plan on working on.
