Mobs On Same Team As Player Will Still Attack Player

So in my server, i took a world i had in Aternos and moved it to minehut for reduced lag, my scoreboards never transferred over so I copied the scoreboard.dat file and moved it to the new server, it only saved half of my teams for some reason and now mobs that i spawn on Red team will still target players on Red team, how do I fix this?, I am using this command /give @p creeper_spawn_egg{EntityTag:{id:"minecraft:creeper",CustomName:"\"Mine\"",CustomNameVisible:1,Health:1,Attributes:[{Name:"generic.maxHealth",Base:1},{Name:"generic.followRange",Base:500},{Name:"generic.movementSpeed",Base:0f}],Silent:1,ExplosionRadius:5,Fuse:4,Team:Red}}
