Can you download Minehut server world?

So I made a server to do a school project in, but I turned mob spawning off before I created it without realizing it. I need to be able to spawn in mobs for the project, but I can't turn on mob spawning without restarting the server. The due date for the project is soon, so I can't afford to restart the server and lose all my building progress.

Is there a way to download the server world so I can upload it to a new server with different settings?

Restart is just turning the server off and then turning it on again.
If you want to be sure you can do /dl world (name)
