HELP! Server keeps crashing!!!! please read (randomtickspeed)

I have owned my server for a while now and was messing with the randomtickspeed and accidentally set it to a high number and now the server keeps crashing. I have looked up many videos on how to fix it but Minehut wont let me access the (server properties) in the files manager to change the tick speed to 0. If one of the admins could change it to 0 that would help alot! im sorry for wating everyone time. Thank you!
