Cannot access server. Too many entities.

I just placed a command block in my world and I accidentally spawned way too many entities. I cannot access the server and go in. I have tried lots of plugins to remove the entities, and lots of commands. 'kill @e, stoplag, etc.'

Is there anyway I can either remove all the entities in my server or download my server through the console or something to edit it?

The server is crashing instantly on start up. This means nothing can take affect in time. You would have to reset the world by deleting the folder while the server is offline. (Or if its the default world click the reset world button).

Are there any other options? I have spent like 16+ hours on the world and would not prefer to delete it. Can I download the world somehow?
