How can I combine my <world> and <world_nether> to make 1 world which I can play on Vanilla Singleplayer?

I want to conjoin the nether realm and the overworld so I can save my minehut survival world onto my computer, so I can access both worlds with my saved builds on both dimensions. I have read threads to do this but were pretty confusing to me, also for some reason i had my old player data when I only put my overworld world in Singleplayer.

Go in the overworld and type /download world then do the same for the nether.

Yes... But how to I combine them..?

I've never personally tried this. I would just download the overworld and it should automatically generate a new nether/end when attempting to play it in singleplayer (if I remember correctly).

I've tried but the nether dosen't generate, I just stay in the portal
