Server won't load chunks

So basically I have a free server set to max 2 players and me and my gf play on it and for some reason today it isn't loading chunks when we are exploring when I see the new blank chunks I can see the outline of the blocks for a little bit but then they will load but then I will walk a bit more forward and the chunks past that just arent there and when I try to walk onto the chunk I get pulled back to the chunk I was leaving I don't know if this is a server thing or a me thing.

Ive had a issue like this it turns out it was my client. Try restarting your game, if that doesnt work then im not sure.

I would recommend restarting your game, or putting your server into hibernation and restarting it form there.

my minehut server ip is serveriown and the chunks wont load I tried everything I restarted rebooted but I am trapped in 1 chunk it lags me back in every time and if I build it gets deleted and I get kicked  every 60-100 seconds
