items disappearing

Sometimes when I break a block, it disappears. For example, I used my axe to break a pumpkin and it disappeared. 

Last night, my friend was in the end. He placed his shulker box and when he broke it to pick it back up, it just disappeared. This is very frustrating as all our loot was in there. what happened to it and is it possible to get it back?

Might be lag or a plugin causing it, if it's not lag could you perhaps send me a list of the plugins you have installed?

I don't believe we have any plugins installed but we do have texture packs.  @PandaChan

Are you sure you don't have anything installed? You can check if you've got anything installed by going to the plugins tab on the panel and clicking on installed.

Yes there is nothing installed. It says "no data available" when I do that.

That's odd, I'm not really sure how to help then, you can try waiting a bit to see if anyone else has an answer or try contacting support if no one responds.

Hey!

This might be an issue with the spawn protection radius. Try going into your dashboard -> settings and looking for 'Spawn Protection Radius' and set that to 0. Be mindful that this will allow anyone to edit your world. You can stop users from joining your server by doing /whitelist on and then doing /whitelist add (name of the people you want on your server). You need to add each person individually.
