Saving world file.

How do I save the World file and data on to my computer in case something happens to my World or server so I can just bring up the most recently saved file? Because I have lost a world before and I would like to avoid that in the future. Please could someone help me out with this?

/dl hasn't worked in years, ever since Minehut moved to Spigot/Bukkit. It's about time to give up, for everyone having this problem. They're not gonna do anything about it, they just don't care.
