How do I go into a past server log?

Recently my friend was doing an afk session and it meant somebody went online and griefed our server, sadly we spent about 2 months on this server and it meant we lost a lot of progress. If somebody could tell me how to go into past logs and go back to yesterdays server it would make me very happy

If you were afk and all this happened while you where online it would be under latest.log you might need to scroll up a bit or if its not check the other 2 logs
