Help! I need to know how to set the rules in /rules command

You should learn skript!

Here is a skript you could use...

command /rules:
    trigger:
        send "&c-------&lRULES&c-------"
        send "&7<INSERT RULE HERE>"
        send "&7<INSERT RULE HERE>"
        send "&7<INSERT RULE HERE>"
        send "&7<INSERT RULE HERE>"
        send "&7<INSERT RULE HERE>"
        send "&7<INSERT RULE HERE>"
        send "&7<INSERT RULE HERE>"
        send "&c-------&lRULES&c-------"

You can use this skript by downloading the skript plugin in the dashboard, to insert the skript go into file manager, plugins, skript, scripts. Then make a file called rules.sk and insert the skript in there.
