cannot download Minecraft again

I have played Minecraft for long years and during quarantine I stopped because of studies. Sounds strange yes, but moving back to my problem. I opened it today finally and I got a notification about BackDoor Flashback. What is it and what can I do with it?

Backdoor Flashback is a trojan horse (malware). Make sure you have antivirus software if you don't already. In the future, only download Minecraft from the official, trusted site, minecraft.net (this goes for any downloading-only trusted sites).

Gosh I have Norton antivirus and when I checked it, there was no point about it. Tell me please, do you know maybe another program for mac viruses help?
