Prank Gone Worng

Help, I tried to prank my friend giving him with a command almost a 100k entities, but the server crashed and we cant do nothing about it. We tried despawning it naturally, with commands and even thru the server console, but nothing worked. If anyone knows how to resolve this problem, please respond.

nononono dont do that if you have a world you want. Download anything you need first before you reset your server! It can't be given back!
