Friends server Broken 1.15.2 no plugin

me and my friends server broke, it was like a lets play server and we had good stuff

but a couple of days ago it broke, my friend tried to fix it using the force quit and restore files, it wont work, if i join, i'm here for about 30 seconds and then i get kicked and get an error message saying "The server you were previously on went down, you have been connected to a fallback server" 

it is weird, if i go one direction, the chunks won't load , but if i go the other direction, chunks will load,  then eventually it kicks me into a fall back server with the error message

we do not have plugins.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

(btw if you need the IP or have any inquiries, DM on discord at mentalnoah#6634 DONT DM unless you are a moderator or a high ranking person or something, NOT MY SERVER, private server that me and a couple of other players play, I am a moderator of the server)

I am also having trouble connecting to my server. What logs do I post? when I go into the crash logs it doesn't have any recent ones.
