Downloaded World Added To Singleplayer Commands Don't Work

I used /dl world to download my Minehut server world that I wanted to transfer into singleplayer. However, commands don't work and I get the message "Unknown command at position 1: /<--[HERE]". It appears plugins are still in my world even though I'm on single player Minecraft? How do I just get the normal world without any of the server stuff?

Plugins are not in your single player minecraft world. Plugins can not be transferred simply by downloading a world. They are bound to the actual server config files, not worlds.
