I need help with bedwars server

I setted up my bedwars minecraft server with the plugin screaming bedwars and when i try to join a game it always has to be me clicking the diamond i need to join the game so the game can start and i cant go in creative or spectator i am the admin of the server can anybody tell me if theres any command so i can start the game and still have my perms? Like creative and not join the game too
