Schematic's not working

Hi there. I am trying to use a schematic in my minehut server but and I have downloaded it and i have it in the plugins/worldedit/schematics. I did the /ul schematic {name}{link} command and that worked. But once I got to the part where I had to do //schematic load {name}, it gave me the error message "Failed to load schematic: Unknown error. Please see console".

Please tell me what I am supposed to do to fix this.

Are you using worldedit?

try using FAWE, its like worldedit but is much faster and better
