How to make trees decay in Iridium Skyblock

So I downloaded the Iridium Skyblock Plugin along with slimefun. I found that the leaves would not decay on my island, yet in the actual world they easily decay. I assume that it has something to do with the Iridium skyblock plugin, however I have no idea how to change that. Afterall, once you manage to break all the leaves to obtain 2-3 saplings, and your tree farm multiplies several times over, you find yourself having to break like 7-9 stacks of leaves which seems pretty unpractical to me. Thus I would like to ask if you have any solutions? (Tried random tick speed)

In your IridiumSkyblock world, do this command:

/gamerule randomTickSpeed 100

This should allow leaves to decay faster.

 

Ah, just noticed you tried Tick Speed...oops.
