Datapacks 1.15.2

I have a server and I did all the steps and everything and put them into my server. The I press restart or stop and load in and when I see if it actually installed there is nothing. What am I missing?

Make sure you follow everything from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_lqGGIrDwI 
If you followed the tutorial you can also try doing /datapack list and seeing if they're in there, if they are and just aren't enabled you can use /datapack enable (name)

Ok thank you I watched the video and did everything but I will try out those commands.
