Plugins Delete Server? Help!!!!

Hi, my friends and I have a mine hut server that we have had for a few months. Recently we added some plugins, but when we joined back in the game it was a totally different game and everything we built was gone. Do plugins delete your game? If so is there a way we could get our old world back?

And also just type the plugin you've installed and there is "Delete plugin"
