"You logged in from another location"

Hello, 

So these past few weeks whenever my friend tried to log on to my server, he gets disconnected almost every 30 seconds. A couple days later he finds out it happens to him on all minehut servers. Every other server works fine for him. I checked the logs and it says that he logged in from another location every single disconnect.

Is there anyway this can be fixed?

Hey!

Thats not a bug. This error message means that someone is logging into his account from a different location. Try getting your friend to change his email and password for his account and see if that works.

I have the same issue, unfortunately minehut help is notoriously terrible, and the devs have never seemed to even addressed the issue. Good luck, from the thousands of people having the same problem and not getting any help.
