My server won't start.

'Exception in server tick loop'

Everytime I start my server, it runs fine, till someone joins. Not just me, but any other player. Everytime it's the same crash report. 'Exception in server tick loop', and I don't know what to do. I've spent the past 3 days doing nothing but building on the world, and I'm desperate to save it- whenever I join I get about 10 seconds before it crashes, and commands like /dl world world and /gamerule RandomTickSpeed 3 don't work, alongside any other command executed by me or the server just don't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I really want to save the world.

Hi,

Why are you changing your random tick speed? Is that at a high level? Also, can you tell me if you have the plugin 'GroupManager' because that has been causing some chunk/crashing issues recently.

I currently have no plugins, and I was changing the tick speed because I was curious as to what it might effect. It was around 100 I think, but it was a couple of minutes after I changed it back that it stopped working.
