How to I put a Resourse Pack on my Server?

(I have a Widows computer if thats important)

 

Whenever I go to Settings, there is an option to "Add a resource pack to your server" Then below says "URL"

I downloaded a resource pack (SenseCraft) as a zip file on my computer but I dont know how to get the URL to copy into the minehut website.

When/If i download this resource pack, if the player has "Use server resource pack" it will give them this resource pack right? Will they need to download this resource pack seperatly just to see it? because if so it kinda defeats the purpose of copying it into my server

Sorry if the answer is obvious, this is the first time i made a server for my friends.
