Can't join a friends server

I was trying to run a give command and I accidentally didn't add a value, then it kicked me and I can't join and it tells me this:

internal exception: io.netty.handler.codec.encoderesception: java.lang.Illegalargumentexception: invalid key. must be [a-z0-9/._-]:

(The command I put in: /give @p minecraft:scute{display:{Name:"{\"text\":\"Gamer Coin\"}"},Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:",lvl:1}]} 1  )

Hey! Could you ask your friend to restart the server and tell me if you can join then? If not, what's the error message then.

The server restarted and I tried to join and it does the same thing:  I join then I am immediately sent back to the lobby and it just says: internal exception: io.netty.handler.codec.encoderexception: java.lang.Illegalargumentexception: invalid key. must be [a-z0-9/._-]:

Hey again! I've researched a bit and it seems that you might have a corrupted inventory since you gave yourself a corrupted item. Could you ask your friend to delete your inventory? He could try to clear your inventory in game or look up this tutorial: https://www.akliz.net/manage/knowledgebase/48/How-to-Reset-a-Playerandsharp039s-Location-and-Inventory-on-a-Minecraft-Server.html

Thank you so much! This worked, we ended up having to like have him clear my inventory really quickly before i was kicked and it was a struggle a bit. But it worked thank you sooooooo much!
