Just made a server a few days ago have a couple plugin questions

Is there a plugin for the server thats compatible witht he following features.

Builders wand

Cobblestone generator for outside of skybox

Not sure exactly what a "Builder's Wand" is, however, it sounds like the WorldEdit plugin.

 

Not sure about the cobblestone generator - you can just generate those naturally, however.

Sorry if this seems odd I am trying to setup a private server for the first time for a group of friends to use the tools I mention makes the experience more manageble.
