Autobanned for spam (cant unban)

I got banned from my freinds server even though i was a Admin, I was deoped for a test and i got banned for spam. If anyone could help we tried lots of commands and the owner wants me unbanned. It says i was banned from console but the owner never banned me. Please Help!

If that doesn't work. Get the owner to go to the console --> File Manager --> Find Banned-Players.json OR Banned-IPs.json

After locating said files, find your name (In Banned-Players.json) or your masked ip address (In Banned-IPs.json) once located, delete your name or your masked ipaddress. (depending if you got ip-banned or just banned)

Pls help me, i have no contact with the people on the server and i rly like it,  so basicaly something happend to me and i didnt know u could get banned for spam so i just spammed  and i got banned, no warning. pls pls help
