That command you replied to is incorrect. Make sure you are joining with that ip. But bedrock support has been buggy lately on Minehut so it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't for some users. So if it doesn't work, try removing the server from the server list and readd it or just try again later. Also this post was from May.
