Downloading my world

I recently died in my hardcore world and I would like to have a save of it so I can go back and see all the things that I have built. But since I dont have permisions I cannot use the /dl command in the game. Is there a way to download the world from the dashboard?

What do you mean you don't have permission? As in it says in chat you don't have permission? If that is the case you can do /op (username) in the console panel.
