My server world got deleted

I was on my server with me and my girlfriend when we wanted to add a resource pack. I disconnected, went to Minehut, followed the tutorial, and changed the world name and the difficulty while I was at the options. When I came back, I was in a new world, same server with nothing. Can I get a backup or something? This happened right after I had saved my world like 20 minutes prior,

When you say you changed the world name, I assume you changed the level name? Basically, this option is to be used when changing the default world when the server starts up. If you have multiple worlds, you usually put in the one with the spawn in. Assuming your previous world files haven't deleted, change it back to 'world' and it should fix itself.
